How does this calculator work?
This is the most complete calculator, considering all of the energy components of wine according to EU regulations.
Parameters used:
- ABV: The ethyl alcohol content (% vol)
- Residual Sugar: Unfermented sugars (g/l)
- Total Acidity: The organic acids present (g/l)
- Polyols: Sugar alcohols such as glycerol (g/l)
Results are expressed per 100 ml of wine and include the complete nutritional information required by European regulations.
