1. Owner and purpose

This website (wines-qr.com) is owned by ROWAN S. COOP GALEGA XUVENIL (Tax ID F26697466), registered at Calle Cesáreo González 25, Pta. A, 36210 Vigo (Pontevedra), Spain (hereinafter, "the Platform"). These Terms govern access to and use of the Platform, which offers the generation of QR codes and digital labels for compliance with wine labelling under European regulation.

2. Conditions of use

The user undertakes to make lawful use of the Platform, not to introduce false content or content that infringes third-party rights, and to provide accurate information about their products. The use of certain features requires registration and the creation of an account.

3. Account and registration

The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided and for safeguarding their credentials. The Platform may suspend accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Prices and payments

The applicable prices are those indicated in the plans section at the time of contracting. Currently, additional licence purchases are handled manually with the Platform's team; once online payment is available, it will be processed through an external payment provider. Unless otherwise stated, amounts are expressed in euros and include the applicable taxes.

5. Intellectual property

The contents, trademarks and software of the Platform are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. The content uploaded by the user (wine data, images) remains their property, granting the Platform a licence for its processing and publication on the digital labels.

6. Liability

The Platform provides the means to ensure regulatory compliance, but the user is ultimately responsible for the accuracy of the information published about their wines (ingredients, allergens, nutritional information).

7. Amendments

The Platform may update these Terms. Changes will be published on this page together with their update date.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond in accordance with the applicable regulations.
